Bobby Jay is the Treasury and Bank Relationship Manager for the Investment Services Group (ISG), based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He works with commercial banking partners to deliver Treasury Management services to the firm’s Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP) clients. His responsibilities include overseeing daily bank operations and coordinating cash movement and settlement processes.
