Chris returned to PFM Asset Management in 2023 after working for the firm for more than seven years earlier in his career. Within the Structured Products Group, Chris manages projects related to the structuring and procurement of refunding and cash defeasance escrows. He is also heavily involved in the structuring and procurement of various bond proceeds portfolios including sinking funds, project funds, debt service funds and debt service reserve funds.

Prior to rejoining PFMAM, Chris worked as a senior portfolio investment analyst for T. Rowe Price in Baltimore and began his career at PFMAM as a structured products analyst.
