John Molloy, CFA is a Managing Director based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He has more than 25 years of experience working with institutional investors to develop investment policies, make asset allocation decisions, select benchmarks, and evaluate performance. John manages local government investment pools (LGIPs) and advisory programs for state-level agencies. He also provides strategic direction for new investment programs and was the architect of the firm’s Managed Accounts Program.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia. John earned an A.B. in Government & Law and Economics & Business from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
