Jeffrey Schroeder is a Managing Director based in Chicago, Illinois, where he leads the institutional teams in Illinois and Wisconsin. He directly serves key governmental clients across the Midwest, including school districts, colleges and universities, municipalities, counties, and other public authorities. Jeff ensures that client investment objectives and cash flow needs are integrated into strategies developed by the portfolio manager and the portfolio strategies group. He has also played a key role in expanding state investment statutes to benefit governmental investors.

He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
