James Sims, CFA

James Sims, CFA is Managing Director - Head of Public Sector Fixed Income Investment Management. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategies and having broad oversight for Public Sector fixed income clients. James is a member of the firm's Fixed Income Investment Committee. James manages multi-sector, investment-grade fixed income portfolios for a diverse range of clients, including state and local governments, school districts, universities, insurance companies and other institutional clients across the country.

James holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and earned both a B.B.A. in Finance and a M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University.
