Kenneth Schiebel, CFA is Chief Investment Officer for Public Sector Management and OCIO Strategies, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a Managing Director, he provides strategic leadership across the firm’s public sector and OCIO investment practices. Ken previously co-led the portfolio strategies group, overseeing portfolio managers, traders, and research staff in the fixed-income separate account business. His actuarial background has contributed to the development of investment solutions for insurance and self-insurance clients.

Ken chairs the Fixed Income Investment Committee and is a member of the Credit Risk Management Committee. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. Ken earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Michigan and completed Executive Education in Behavioral Finance at Harvard University.
