Scott is a senior portfolio manager for PFM Asset Management. He is responsible for establishing client objectives and implementing strategies using a variety of investment solutions. Scott manages portfolios for pension funds, corporations, non-profits, public entities and insurance companies. He is also a member of the Portfolio Construction subcommittee and the Investment Leadership Team.

Prior to joining PFMAM, Scott was part of U.S. Bank’s Institutional Asset Management group, now part of PFMAM, joining that group in 2018. Before joining U.S. Bank, Scott was with Russell Investments for 29 years, most recently in senior portfolio management and consulting roles working with corporate and non-profit clients.
